SOME TIME FOR YOU

In this first moving world ,everyone is getting busy. Everyone wants to earn more and more, and because of this mentality, it’s so hard to keep care of their family, friends and also for themselves. if a wife may asks his husband to take her for shopping or children’s may ask his father to went at holidays, then it becomes so hard for a person to manage this. Actually, they don’t had time for this. It’s not their fault, actually we are living in a competitive world where we have to move on if we want survive .

Peoples forget about everyone their surroundings .even they don’t have time for a proper diet. changing lifestyle of this modern  era will affects their health a lot .they are not able to take proper diet because  of their busy schedule .if you are working  for 10-12 hours per day ,you may have to take the proper diet to keep you healthy and to make yourself disease free. But it can’t be possible for most of the people’s .

This may causes increase or decrease in blood pressure, heart problems, depression and much more. this could be only not happened in men, but also in women .now in advanced world where women are  more literate than before they  want to do something ,they  wants to do a job to keep their status up in the society and it would be a completely a tough process for them .because firstly they have to take care of their family ,then their house and then their  work ,due to this they don’t  even get time for time for themselves. This sounds to be really scary .but this will be true for  most women .but as we all  knows ,when a problems comes  out surely its cure also available . Their was also available .

Their was a good cure also for it and is time management. “If their was a path then keep going on it, surely you get a highway”. yes it is true and it can be done with a proper  time management .
make your  daily  routine schedule and always follow that schedule .

1) First all you need slept well minimum 6-7 hours sleep is must ,then wake up  early morning and do pranayam and yoga for about minimum 30 minutes .this will keeps your  depression level  low .

2)Then do our daily routine work and take  proper  diet full breakfast ,make your husband allow to take breakfast with you and share  some gossips  with him.

3)Then  went your  office ,always try  to coordinate with your working  fellows and  also keep in touch with your husband and children’s once or twice during  your working hours .

4)Then take a complete  diet full lunch with your  fellows . never do  lunch in hurry ,give  it a proper time .
Then went home after  finishing your  office work  and take rest of about 30 minutes and spends time with your children’s and  husband .

Do a proper dinner  then sleep early  so u can wake up early in the morning .

Time  management is a tough  tasks but it’s  very  important to learn it because it solves your most  of the problems and  keeps us healthy.
